We are thinking too closely alike here. Oregon, Iowa St, Navy and SMU stand out already for me as well. Before looking deeper that is.

That can be a good thing. I like South Carolina and Duke quite a bit as well.

I have some similar thoughts, Coug. Took a bad beating on Saturday.......BJ Daniels, the Idaho defense, Tate Forcier, and Todd Roessing were still making me cringe this morning......

Our beats were bad ones...we weren't the only ones on some of those games. I felt sorry for your Spartans after I got done jumping around my living room (sorry). I needed that Iowa win and it was pretty dramatic.

Tennessee will cover on S Car. Their D looks great and Hardesty is a work horse. I dont think S. Car can score enough to like them with only 5 points.

That Boston College line seems low, doesn't it?

Not sure if I will pull the trigger on that one, but I do like it at this time.

I love Navy, and Oregon is getting my attention too.

Might want to throw a little Miami -7 in there. I know the lost to Clemson but they are still good enought to beat Wake. Dennis Godfrey OL may miss another game this week. Miami D will come to play.

Just my 2 cents....but I would stay far far far away from W. Virginia if I was you. S. Florida is gonna win that game ML fairly easily

Just a note about SMU, Bo Levi Mitchell is probably going to sit out, he will have an MRI this week to find out the extent of his injury, but at the moment they are saying he dislocated his non-throwing shoulder.

Everyone, thanks for your thoughts...I never play all the leans (usually only end up with a few of them on the actual card...that's why discussion like this is so important). I'll probably spend a little more time deciding on my final plays for the week as last week's rushed post on Monday proved to be less than stellar (5-5 on the week). I will likely have it up by Wednesday.

Still working on the final card...I am trying to narrow it to 7 games this week. Michigan will be on there...Illinois can't stop the run.

Just not sold on that WVU team...plus South Florida is a pretty tough team at home on weeknights...they get up for these games. Don't know about that QB though. Daniels worries me.
