Ok now thats assume you like one game during the week , assume you you have 6 bets at $25 each
I would pick 3 early morning games that you like 11 o clock games make em 2 teamers adding the same team on all the 2 teamers using a team that plays a late night game , if you can hit one of three you now are down $50 with a 2 teamer in play paying $65 , if you can hit 2 out of three you are down $25 with two 2 teamers left to play paying $130 here you can back bet the opposite way against your pick winning no matter what , in this case I like to bet $30 so I win $5 either way and cant lose but can win $75 if you pick is correct , if you hit all 3 teams you have a possible $195 win having all 3 two teamers left in play and now you should atleast bet $50 the other way but you could bet 1/2 the other way , now you could also pick 6 ) 2 teamers assuming that you will need to have a little money to back bet with but you shouldnt worry about the extra because that money will only gurantee you a win and that money will not be lost , make sure you pick all 2 teamers leading to the same night game with the same team on it , this is a killer strategy with big money , if you can hit 2 out of 5 in theory paying 11/5 or bascially 2.5 odds good luck , sometimes you can actually middle on a back bet meaning you win the 2 teamer and the back bet ,,,

I think you should find a book that has 4-team 13.5pt teasers....i recently started with 150 bux two weekends ago, and going into this weekend i am currently at about 450..

i began by going all in on a teaser and won about 105 bux.. now im just betting on teasers at 150 bux each and winning 105 ... i have won all 3 teasers which put me at around 465 and ive lost a few small bux on parlays n really small bets...but im up 300 bux in 2 weeks, and i got two teasers going this weekend..one for saturday college football and one for NFL on sunday...if i win on saturday i might add another one on sunday and try to start next weekend with a bankroll of about 750... i would say just play these big teasers til you get a bank roll you feel comfortable with to be able to bet regular game lines... anyways thats my 2 cents that im currently doing to build up my bank roll..

If my bankroll was $150 and that was all I had in the the world I would be looking for free contests, (think SBR

) and poker freerolls, and shit like donating plasma ... You could probably double you bankroll in a couple weeks if you are serious but, if you follow most of the advice in this thread you mostly will be broke in a couple weeks...

If you bankroll is replaceable (which really doesn't fit the definition of a bankroll) then divide it up however you can like that will make it last till you can replenish it...

Definitely look into donating plasma to start... youll get like $50 bucks a week and you roll will be be close to $350 in one month and be something to work with... If you are unwilling to "donate" to build your bankroll I would just define gambling up as a hobby and just bet whatever you feel like...

The goal with $150 is to just stretch it out as long as possible and write it off as entertainment costs. $11 a game. My buddy did the same thing and he goes $5, but that's boring even for him. At the end of the season, if there's anything left, take your bitch to dinner. Enjoy! I like two-team NFL teasers. So far this year (taking the heavy favorite), it's been easy money.

using kelly is almost as bad an idea as going all in, for an inexperienced bettor.
use parlays for the free play.
bet 2-4% of your bankroll for each play
size of your starting bankroll is irrelevant to a winning strategy, dont let all these "highroller" poster's confuse you

everyone on heres banks roll is a lot closer to yours , 150 is a good time , in truth , put $50 on two differnt early morning games , if you hit one of em bet a $75 bet on a night game , straight is the best , money lines are good , maybe a three - 5 teamer on a money line like
ohio state , alabama , usc, etc , it doesnt pay well , but it pays , stuff like that , ,but in truth dont beleive anything these guys say about how much they say win on an bet especially when they say units , you can go 21- 36 and be up and when they use the terms units , in truth most people bet the same on each game , they took off the edit button from here this year because \ people were guilty of going in and changing their bet picks , to give you an idea what your dealing with here

There's no way to answer your question without some insight into your method of finding +EV opportunities, although LVHerbie has done as good a job as possible.

If you don't have a method, then bet in whatever way is the most fun for you until the $150 is gone.

Bet 10-30or 50 or so per game. Like 10-13 games your first night, you should go home with over 200, then start hitting them with 20 dollar minimum bets, up to 65 or do a 100 dollar bet if its a lock. You'll have 3-400 by the 2nd or 3rd day. Just bet everything though each day except for 10-20 bucks.
I wouldn't do that 5 team money line, cuz the Eagles or the Steelers are gonna stack.
But I've turned 5 units into 250 units in like 2 months. I can post this record if you'd like. So I wouldn't get a hooker, lol.

personally i would go for the quick hits

bet on 1st inning score yes/no on playoff games
No being the bet the majority of the time

in mlb playoffs you have cold weather and these guys really step it up

bet 20-30 on yanks angels tonight no score 1st inning
get paid without having to wait full games

make small team parlays or
even better 2 team 6 pt teasers on nfl/ncaa
games that pay even money

get to a goal ($300 or so than manage your money a little better)

i have gone from 250 to around 850 doing this the last 3 weeks

but thats just me
