Isn’t the rule when the team possesses ball 1st in 1st ot the other team gets it 1st in the 2nd ot

I had colost plus 6.5 live and would have probably won. Was the rule changed or did they make a penetrating error

The piece of shit announcers didn’t mention anything basicly they were kissing Deion sanders ass all game like they wanted a relationship with him and his sons. Just looking to see if the rule changed or an error for piece of mind

That's what i thought too, but tried googling it and apparently the team that lost the OT toss has the chance to choose from the four categories (offense, defense, and which end) to start the second OT. Colorado State then made the correct choice to play defense first in the second OT. It would appear (although I could be wrong) that Colorado won the OT toss and made the unusual choice to go on offense first.

Yes Colorado won the toss elected to recieve. The second overtime it’s usually the other team gets the ball

That's what i thought as well, but who would ever elect to receive first? Perhaps nobody ever does it? You usually want to have the ball last in the first Ot so you know if you have to use all four downs or not.
