Added Board lines??

Question: Are these Added Board lines truly available?

I see a few of them at a couple books. For the most part, don't appear to be Widely-available.

Are the US State books offering these lines?

I'd imagine low-limits. Even worse, books often post these games as -115/-115 juice.
