Well based on the way the line dropped from -19 to -16 i would guess yes he is.

Manson hasn't really looked all that bad either. He's is 8-13 for 103 yards.

this caused a huge line move...they said tonight on the Leroy's line that Tate had an abdominal strain and could have played if needed...Ferentz wanted to rest him for ISU...
