Ever heard of Ion Saliu?

Has anyone ever heard of Ion Saliu and his work on gambling?
He is very mathematical and thus convincing but I have not taken the time to test out his theories.

Anyone know or have any luck using his methods?

scammer. claims to have a roulette system. if you had a roulette system (not possible) you wouldn't try to sell it on the internet to make money, you would just use it and get rich.

True, thanks, although everything I have read was free on his site. He does charge a fee to download some of his software though.
Excellent point, I don't think you can devise a system to beat roulette.
