Yes, when I called the number she gave me I was finally able to talk to someone who knew what I was saying. He fixed my account too. However, to say that there's nothing wrong with the casino is stupid because there automated bonus roll over system is screwed up. I have experince in several casino and i never had a bad experince like this.. I made withdrawal request on November 2 nd and i got the check on Jan 3rd and after depsoiting the check it was bounced back ... Check is fake ... I called them and i explained the scenerio and i told i required that money immedtly for my sheduled payment because of which my account went to negative.. This really very bad ....
