    What should I do now?
To keep this brief and readable I will just state the basic facts and would appreciate any input. The money lost is not huge ($200).

OK, I played at quite a major UK sportsbook's casino. The sportsbook is regulated in the Isle of Man and the casino in Costa Rica.

In July, whilst playing blackjack at the live casino it became apparent that there "weren't many" ten value cards being dealt. This was commented on by one or two players and myself .

As this continued it became evident that the dealer was rarely busting (and this is a table where the dealer doesnt stick on soft 17). Obviously, the lack of ten value cards and this are not conflicting events. It just seemed blindingly obvious that I commented in livechat and one player agreed and left and the others were Chinese I believe who came and went (as they do in live casinos!).

So, after a few mutterings to myself for a fair few hands more I began to keep an actual count of how many times the dealer was busting.

As I was stuck in a bonus wagering requirement I had to carry on. But I decided to count on the chat facility just how often the dealer was busting.

So, over the next fify five hands the dealer busts only four times. This is AFTER I was so suspicious that for the only time in my life (in over six years playing) I have felt the need to start recording this.

As it was a full/near full table the dealer always had to complete its hand in every deal.

The fifty sixth hand was declared a misdeal and I contacted the pitboss who was so unbelievably rude and taunting (from the very start) that I left at this point. I was told by the casino that all complaints and requests for histories must be made to the sportsbook.

I dealt with the sportsbook and then with the IOMGC. But even the Isle of Man Gambling Commission couldnt get my hand histories off the casino.

Eventually, ater two months, I managed to get them. Except they were patently wrong and, to be fair, the sportbook agreed and got a new one. And these just dont match up with my count in chat (which was a fact .. there is 0% chance I miscounted or anything .. I mean the deals take forever, etc so it was hardly rushed).

The sportsbook said that this history had to be manually compiled from the raw data!

Further, I was eventually able to get my chat but it was missing the part where I counted. The chat provided even starts with me referring to this and carries on from that point.

From the above I am convinced i was not dealt a fair game. I have played for years and variance is an old friend of mine but this was just so transparently dodgy I have, for the first time, taken steps towards formal action.

Last week, I said to the sportsbook it had to decide whether to back the casino's integrity against the evidence I have referred to or we are in seperate corners on this. The sportsbook today got back to me and, effectively, said it was backing the casino 100%.

This is where Id appreciate your advice. Id really appreciate your thoughts, suggestions, etc ... fire away with any questions also.

    Cheers for now

I don't really see what options you have, you played at the casino and lost, obviously they are all rigged.

DO NOT PLAY at online casinos...they are rigged...they are designed to make you lose...let's face it, casinos don't have computer whiz kids design programs to lose the house money...put it all down to a lesson learned and move on...find another avenue for investment where you are not on a hiding to nothing before you start

It seems that every time you get 20 and think ur going to win, the dealer turns over 20 for the push.

Don't play blackjack online is what you should do now. The best lessons learned in life are lessons learned through mistakes. Take this to heart, find a local casino, and if you are serious about becoming an advantage player in blackjack I can set you up with the tools you need to become successful. Counting cards is much easier than most people think, and it can be very profitable if done wisely

Going to be impossible to prove...

Stay away from online casinos and be happy you only lost $200.
