Probably cheaper to pay someone minimum, part time wage in NV, than maintan & build and monitor a ticket machine.

there was one in ceaser's palace race book, but you couldn't deposit money or buy a voucher from a teller to use it. you had to have a winning ticket purchased from a live teller and as long as the voucher stayed alive you could use the sam machine. tellers were against it as it reduced the need for them to have jobs. apparently some patrons requested it and caesars complied with only 1 sam.

William Hill books had kiosks for awhile in some bars. Not even sure if they still do that

I think there are William Hill terminals in Ellis Island on Koval behind Bally's.
