Have question about are these following rules good to play?

1. There are 6 decks in use.
2. Dealer stands on soft 17 (A-6).
3. Can double any two cards.
4. Double after spilt is allowed.
5. Resplit is allowed up to 4 hands.
6. There is incurance.
7. No surrender.

Yes, those are very good blackjack rules considering today's blackjack climate. The exception is the no surrender.
