I have only found casinos where is only something like 55%-60% penetration and I know thats not enough. So I ask does somebody knows live blackjack casino where penetration is like 70% or more? And if there is casino like that I also would like to know common rules of that table. Rules like double any two cards, double after split, can I respilt, hitting or standing on 17s, incurance, surrender and so on. Yes and how many decks are in play.
