Upset watch in boxing today.. (10/4)
Now the card doesn't really have good edges anywhere as even the O/U's aren't very worthy, but I do see one fight that may result in a possible upset.
Alex Bunema is +425 against Sergio Martinez.
Martinez is a slickster who could box Bunema well but ever since Bunema shock loss to Kamya a few years ago he's rebounded well, beating the de facto #1 at 154 Roman Karmazin and a solid showing against Mathysse.
Martinez is a decent fighter, the only problem being that he's fought pushovers most of his career. In his last 10 fights he's fought 6 with -.500 records and those other four are low level journeymen.
Martinez might win the decision here but Bunema definitely has the skills to pull off the upset. In fact many are surprised at Bunema's odds here due to his recent run and Martinez being untested. This is the toughest fight of Martinez's career and Bunema has already won his, the fight against Karmazin.
