early look at this fight jardine might be a good underdog play. Coming off a loss to W Silva where i feel he looked scared fighting him. Vera is coming off a unimpressive win in his first fight at lightheavyweight. Jardine is out of the Jackson camp and there on a roll with all there top fights GSP Evans and Marquardt having big wins recently.

I also think this is a good spot for Jardine.

I wouldn't bet on it till it came closer to even but I think Vera is definietly the play. Vera loves strikers. He lost to one he best grapplers in the world in Werdum and looked bad against Reese Andy because he had a bad weight cut and was worried about his takedowns. Against Jardine he will be able to just concentrate on strikes and i think he should pick him apart.

Vera is the play here... He has size, Reach, better standup, and better all around...

That's a crazy interesting fight. I would've said Vera was the pick until I saw him fight for the first time at light heavyweight. Now I'm not so sure- he looked drained at 205.

its definatly a tough fight. I just think Jardine as an underdog is a great play. That greg Jackson camp is so strong, i feel he's gonna do well

I managed to get on Vera at -165, and I'm very happy with that. I don't think a great camp will make up for all the advantages Vera has over Jardine. Vera has little to worry about in terms of ground game, especially considering his Greco pedigree. His sharp Muay Thai is superior to Jardine's goofy striking style. Throw Jardine's questionable chin into the mix and I think Vera is a solid bet here. Jardine's best hope is that Vera has another bad weight cut. I for one hope that Vera does some dieting and cuts fat rather than cutting all water weight. His body composition looked virtually identical both at light heavyweight and heavyweight (i.e., pudgy). Depending on how he looks at weigh-ins, I may even go in heavier on Vera.

Man when they scrapped the Lyoto Macida vs Thiago Silva fight, it took the luster off this card

Both Leben at +200 and Jardine at +155 are great bets IMO and I'm on both.

looks like some money has come in on LUIZ CANE to beat SOKOUDJOU, odds went from +115 to -105 for Cane

If Leben beats the Great British Hype, the night will be worth it for me.
