add me to the list that got crushed tonight, If Ferguson pulled through it would have been a good night, that guy sank me

Well the bright side is he got crushed good 30-27 on all 3 judges score card, if is a very close fight where he lost by split decision like koshcheck did, the pain is much worse. Always look at the bright side.
Wish I stuck to my gut but got talked out of the belcher play! Always knew belcher had legit jitz and sub game both defensive and offensive. What a terrible event for me.

He still hadn't shown it before....he'd never fought anybody near Palhares' level of BJJ. It was all based on assumption tht he'd trained a lot with likes of Moraes and developed his sub defense....which clearly he had in hindsight

The guy lost to Kendall Grove, I was shocked he pulled it off. Good on him though, despite destroying many of my parlays.

as for Barry/Johson, I agree about Barry having the obvious technique advantage but he's all finesse w/ a real lack of killer instinct and just easy to bet against.
first event I saw live, just wish I put my Johnson winnings on more Nate rather than more Kos! Great event, feel like the dogs need to be walked when there's a card w/ fights w/ so many possible paths to victory from both fighters

Took a beating despite destroying almost every closing line. . Diaz and Hendricks only partially saved my night.

My apologies if I had anything to do with that...........!

Ya, I can't believe he just let Belcher keep hitting him like that. From his guard no less.. Palhares' fight IQ is less than I thought, and I was already critical of it before that performance. He is just one of those guys that I can never put $$$ on again.
I underestimated a lot about belcher and also toqhuino's fight IQ... I've bet big on him before and it worked, and this time it cost me. About the only thing that went my way was alan's suspect tdd, which still didn't mean shit in the end. Toquinho crumbled, I watched that fight 10 times now and the only explanation is poor fight IQ from palhares and sheer determination and confidence from belcher. Toquinho should have the ground game to fend off an assault like that off his back - the dude str8 gave up / crumbled imo, or he froze up and didn't think right to either push away, close distance, roll over - SOMETHING - from his friggin' guard... He started getting cracked and that was it. I will def take into account a fighter's fight IQ a lot more and also not underestimate an opponent so much like I did belcher. I honestly thought it was an easier fight that most of toquinho's past opponents and I couldn't have been more wrong... The icing on the cake was me going on full degenerate tilt and losing another 350 on the miller / diaz over!!! It is what it is, hopefully my luck will turn around tonight with BFC 68... Be thankful you only lost a few bills dirty dickk!!! Kick me down...
