Green v Tarver

I have Tarver winning this.

Green has been fighting nobodys for a few years now. Tarver has been fighting equally good competition and doing well. Green will also struggle to KO tarver. Guy has an iron chin. I see Green by decision fighting a boring Tores style fight or a Tarver KO.

Starts in 40 mins.

I got him at +310 for $100. You can prob get a lot better if you shop.

Its far above the odds, but not a lock by any means.

Tarver killed Green , had it 8-1 Tarver at the time of the TKO

Tarver went to greens corner and offered a rematch straight away. I think green is much better than what he showed tonight and would love to see a rematch and possibly a trilogy with these two. Tarver loves it in Australia, he was on the footy show it was funny and well done.

sorry i didn`t post when this hit better than 3-1(i post boxing on another board).......i watched a livestream and it was completely one sided....aside from losing a split vs a younger glen johnson,tarver`s only losses were to extremely quick and/or slick guys(jones,hopkins,chad dawson and an in his prime eric harding)......

it didn`t look like green would bring glen johnson caliber pressure for 12...that`s not his style.........and he certanly isn`t quick or slick....and he`s white..lol.....

what kept me from going crazy was the age,the bouncing up and down in weight and the venue......

but for pretty much most of the fight,tarver backed green up...and out-boxed him...he pretty much dominated with the excepetion of the 7th round...he looked to fade a bit in the 7th and green started coming forward....but tarver reassumed total control in the 8th......

tarver knocked him down cleanly in the 2nd...i think that made green a little hesitant to press....the lefty stance gave green fits....

Glad I knew better to stay away from this one. I basically leaned towards Green myself, but my gut told me Tarver would show up for this and at least make it a fight.

Roy Jones, do you get the hint yet?

Good to see that no-one got sucked into Green. The -300 or so was ridiculous.

So much for Green in a boring Tores style decision. He tried to box that way and got schooled.

I think this may be the end of the road for Danny.

Redsfan: doesn't your book have method of victory? Tarver by KO, decision etc?
