    The Ultimate Hoff Finale 10
    MATT HAMILL +240
    JON JONES -300

Matt Hamill (8-2) a TUF veteran himself, will be squaring off with the brightest young star in MMA history, Jon Jones (9-0). If you didn't hear the hype train, I'll tell you all you need to know. Jon Jones has the greatest striking in the world because he throws spinning backwards elbows. Jon Jones has beaten UFC legends Jake O'Brien, Stephan Bonnar, and Andre Gusmao. Jon Jones can sneeze with his eyes open. Jon Jones counted to infinity - twice. Jon Jones can slam a revolving door. Jon Jones is the reason that Waldo is hiding.

    Drink Up! OH YEAH!!

The Jon Jones Kool-Aid is laced with cyanide. Sure he has some potential but he should not be almost a 3 to 1 favorite over Matt Hamill. Matt Hamill is a three time NCAA champion wrestler. Matt Hamill is a two time freestyle wrestling world champion. Matt Hamill can judge a book by it's cover. Matt Hamill uses tabasco sauce instead of Visine. Only Matt Hamill can prevent forest fires. MATT HAMILL +240

    KIMBO SLICE +215
    HOUSTON ALEXANDER -275

Dana White used to criticize Kimbo Slice (3-1) as the biggest joke in MMA saying he would never be a legitimate fighter. He despised EliteXC for using Kimbo as a headliner of a broadcast television event when he had no MMA experience. Well after seeing how Kimbo has affected the ratings and is still just a must see, Dana White the hypocrite has been using Kimbo as a ratings booster. Low and behold, he has given him a televised fight on the TUF finale.

You can't tell me that Houston Alexander (9-4-1) isn't a strategically hand picked glass jaw that Kimbo can KO if he lands a clean punch. I mean this is the guy that lasted 8 seconds against James Irvin.

As crazy and stupid as this sounds. I'm going with the streetfighter with no ground game over the glass jaw MMA fighter with no ground game. KIMBO SLICE +215

    BRENDAN SCHAUB +160
    ROY NELSON -195
MMA fighters are finely tuned athletic machines. They train extremely hard and punish their bodies getting into fighting shape. The go on extreme diets to make weight.

Roy Nelson (14-4) is not that finely tuned athletic machine. No, Roy Nelson actually gets all of his power and athleticism from his oversized beer belly. Despite his disgusting physique, the guy can actually fight. He has KO power and somewhat surprisingly, actually has a ground game and can submit people. Nelson came onto the show with the most experience and was the favorite to win from the start.

Brendan Schaub (5-0) is one of those athletic guys. He actually looks like a fighter and is in shape. Schaub also has one little thing that almost always equals a win. Schaub trains with Jackson's MMA in New Mexico. If there is one thing I have learned about the TUF Finale shows, it's that the fights during the season have no relevance. Every fighter comes into the finale a completely different fighter. There are several months in between the taping of the show and the finale. During that time most of the fighters get hooked up with a real training camp. Dogs always have value in the TUF Finale. BRENDAN SCHAUB +160

Still time to change your play, homey.

Jones planned on getting a higher degree in Criminal Justice and pursuing a career in Law Enforcement, but after spending a semester in Morrisville State College,[6] he signed a four-fight contract with the UFC, making him the youngest UFC fighter on roster at that time.[7]

I'm still looking to add him as a play, +255 right now is amazing

good point on dogs having value in the tuf finale, just last season Wilks was around +300 and pierce around +180, as you know both ended up winning their fights

Nice write up. Just as many jokes as Bread, but better actual analysis.

Oh no now you have created animosity between myself and Hoffy! Not cool! Now everything will be viewed as a competition between us!

Hat's off to you Sir. Amazing execution on your part. Now, nothing will ever be the same.

I'm going to go ahead and say I put a lot of bank on Jones. He has the biggest reach in the ufc and this one gets ugly for Hamburger Hamill. But if there is a god we get a post fight interveiw with Hamill. The Hammer got kicked! The Hammer got kicked!

like eveything else but disagree with your Hamill pick. this event is to showcase new talent and I think that's why Jones is on the main card, and he'll want to capitalize. He's way more exciting stylistically than Johnson even though AJ is a knockout machine. love Matt Hamill but Jones looks sharp.

Lines have somewhat stabilized so I made my plays:

                      MATT HAMILL +265 (5u to win 13.25u)
                      KIMBO SLICE +211 (2u to win 4.22u)
                      BRIAN STANN +105 (2u to win 2.1u)

I'm taking Houston Alexander. He has knockout power as well, and we all saw kimbo go out against Seth Petruzelli. So what does that say about Kimbo's jaw? Houston Alexander has more experience and I gotta take him. He has lost 3 of his last 4. Lost to Eric Schafer (not exactly a good loss), James Irvin (not a bad loss), and Thiago Silva (great fighter). Who exactly has Kimbo beat? Who has he even fought? The guy lost his first fight in TUF 10.
