The oooooommmmm at the beginning is one method spiritual gurus use to try to awaken their "3rd eye". They believe certain tones and frequencies resonate with the 3rd eye and other organs of the body. And over time will activate it. I haven't done that training but it might actually have some effects being that it is so commonly practiced in eastern culture, over centuries.

The rest is Joshua Fabia trying to invent his own methods of training. Without seeming to know basic fundamentals or basic science.

I don't like this guy but he did have Diego fighting elusive, absorbing less damage. The only positive thing I can say about him.
