i'd take marquardt

maia is awesome on the ground but marquardt is a big 185 and training with gsp will have his wrestling good enough to keep it standing for much of the fight

maia can only pull guard against weaklings like Chael Sonnen and Ed Herman, Nate was taking steroids as recently as his fight against Wilson Gouveia
