I'm more dissappointed by the fact they cut Danillo Villefort. Guy was on a 6-fight win streak and only lost because of a illegal headbutt. He was winning the fight until that point as well....

That's BS. This is the thing I hate about the UFC. They cut exciting fighters after loses. I'd rather watch someone who loses 5 in a row but has great fights, than someone who wins 5 in a row by lay and pray.

Strange there cutting young welterweights like McCrory and the rumor is bringing back Phil Baroni. Hammer House fighters are making a comeback into the UFC Coleman, Baroni, Wes Sims (via TUF), only guy left is Randleman and with his loss in StrikeForce might be available.

really from a competition stand point, its crazy to be cutting any of these guys. I guess you cant get rich by writing checks.

I think UFC roster selection of fighters is what makes them most like wrestling. Camps fall out of favor and then come back into favor and in some cases it has nothing to do with the quality of the fighers. More to do with who is falling on their knees and not rocking the boat.
