Sounds like he's a bit butt hurt because he doesn't get to fight McGregor now and Eddie will... He's under contract and probably not going anywhere.. Give it time he's just venting probably..

It is a BS deal for Aldo. He's beat Edgar for the supposed #1 contender spot. The ball was in Frankie's court and if he beat Aldo, I know he would've headlined vs McGregor at 205. Sucks that McGregor is indeed calling all the shots and Aldo can't catch a break after his lone UFC loss with 8 wins.

I understand his frustration, but a very important point he might want to consider is that he was knocked out by McGregor in 13 seconds.

Noone wants to see his jiujitsu. Everyone wants to see Conor's punching and hear his trash talk. If Aldo wants to be paid he should upgrade his offensive striking AND English.

exactly why any logical fan should want to see a real fight, not a fluke, and the same reason conor wants nothing to do with a rematch.

Brooks, YOU say it was a fluke. Others may disagree. Aldos style in his last few fights lent themselves to take a lot of shots and win wars of attrition. He trades shots with folks. You cant do that w/ McGregor unless your last name is Diaz. Cant see excitement generated by a guy who was face down on the mat in 13 seconds. You say Aldo is better than that, I agree, but selling a fight that could last less than a minute could be tough.
