My bets are around -200 lines. So it's not the best record because I'm still learning how to bet on underdogs.
In most UFC fights, the underdog rarely wins. But when they win it's a great payout.

That blog I started years ago was to test a betting theory of spot betting.
Instead of betting on every UFC event. Pick one or two fights on a fight card that maximizes your chance to win. I sometimes skip an entire fight card if the fights are too close.

I also like to bet small favorites or dogs. If nothing else, you can usually find good prop bet values if you really like a favorite

yup hugo thats how to do it for mma
favourites up to -140 unless its a fight i really really like ( example when bendo was -200 against nate diaz i went big )
underdogs have a ton of value in mma especially womans fights i find underdogs come through a lot
then heavy favourites prop bets are best value if you really know the fights and do research you can make the most $ doing this ( ex. betting the round or how the fight finishes )
