Your very very confident in a favorite hitting,
But when is too much chalk too much chalk?
    -400?
    -600?
    -1000!?
Discipline is key, when is it best to walk away.

I've made plenty of +ev bets at what most would call terrible odds. Like you said it is about discipline which also entails consistency. You have to activatly search out lines to bet, not just hit a -1000 randomly.

I actually went all in on Edgar vs BJ 3 at -400, like it was such a sure thing i bet all the money in my account and a even placed a different bet at a nearby casino. Looking back it was a great bet but it doesnt change the fact that i was chasing hard from last week's loss.

I think going pretty heavy once every 3 or 4 months on these lines have giving me big profits, i've never missed when i bet over -400 and i should have lost by now, if i placed them all in a parlay it would be over +300.
The key is that there should be absolutely no doubt, the opponent has to have no clear path to victory at all and there should be no X factors about your guy.

Any line can have possible value, regardless of how big or small it may be, there's a time and a place for everything.

Absolutely. Those bets comes with a licence, and even then you can get stripped.
