Decided to start this to post my plays and to keep track of my betting record. Tired of that lurking shit lets go!
Result:
Small time BR but Im trying to build it up to a respectable amount.
Barboza, Edgar, Gabriel, Norman, Pierce, Weidman and Swanson.
Weidman:
Silva is an excellent fighter, but a lucky one as well. The Okami, Bonnar and Belfort fights are great outcomes for Silva because he won them without taking any damage. The Vitor fight could have been very ugly for Silva if the front kick would have missed....very ugly..unbelievably ugly. Okami couldnt deal with the pressure of fighting in Silvas backyard and didnt do anything. Sonnen is useless and he took full advantage of an injured Silva in that 1st fight. The first round of the 2nd fight is interesting. Sonnen was able to grind this one out...and thats where I see Weidman succeeding because hes as calm as Silva in there.
Weidman has youth and ruthlessness on his side. I envisioned the fight going like this: Silva is not gonna stop Weidman in any round...its gonna be cage work...LnP...takedowns in Weidmans favor because hes stronger. Hes gonna grind the shit out of black dana white. By the time the championship rounds arrive Silva'll be fuckin' gassed homie! Last time the guy went to the 5th was in August of 2010!
Weidman by pressure and durability! VERY good feeling about this!
Parke:
Never had a good feeling on japanese UFC fighters. Okami is the ultimate exception. I see Parke stinking this one out to a U dec.
Gonzaga:
Hermans confidence is in the shitter, Gabe is the veteran here and he beat better comp. than Herman. Dave isnt very skilled plus the glass chin. Gonzaga KO/TKO!
