I found a prop I like with Pacquiao by any decision. What does that mean, if he wins the prop wins? Probably a terribly new question, I'm just seeing this line at a much better value than Pacquiao ML. Why is this?

It means if he wins by decision the prop wins. Either a 12 round decision, or an earlier decision due to the fight being stopped from headbutts or whatever.
