Just wondering what I can do in this case here with nitrobetting. Would like to see if I have a case for complaint.
Attempted to place a wager on a live tennis total under 17.5 -133. 13mtbc to win 10 mtbc.
I have accept odds changes because we all know at nitro you won’t get a live wager in without this being selected. Anyway line changes to u17.5 -185 ok no big deal. Internal server error comes up and then line changes to. Now anyone that uses nitrogen knows that for one if a wager is accepted it immediately goes right to your pending wagers and is no longer in your betslip. This isn’t the case and I have to acknowledge the line has now dropped to u 16.5 and must re add the wager to my betslip with the new line which I do.
Now once that wager gets accepted it takes me to my betslip like normal and I see the u 17.5 wager was also accepted somehow even though I received internal server error and the process of the wager being accepted didn’t go thru like normal.
I figure no big deal I will contact them as I have had this issue before where live bets were accepted by the system and shown in pending wagers only to be cancelled by nitro because they shouldn’t have been accepted (wagers were winners but were cancelled before event went final) I basically told I am lying there record shows no internal server error. Plus there were 46 seconds between wagers and they were for different amounts. I explained that the original wager that I thought was declined was to win 10 mtbc and the wager that I put in after first one was declined was risking 10 mtbc at + odds so essentially it was the same. Now for the 46 seconds I needed to while on my phone acknowledge the old line was no longer available go back and add the new line to my betslip and bet it which lets be honest 46 seconds is not a lot of time when having to do that. The cs rep called 46 seconds a significant amount of time between wagers and finally i told them to go thru my wager history. They will see the only time I double bet games is when the wager is rejected at first.
