Bitcoin lightning question

Hello I seen at bovada option for Bitcoin lightning. Instant deposits and withdrawals. I always use ltc. I figured try something different. I looked a for a exchange I signed up for Stake but I got instantly banned. So my question is Where to buy from and do I need a second middle wallet. To send to on deposits and withdrawals. Ltc is pretty fast and cheap just looking to try something different

Hey, wouldn't use Bitcoin Lightning. Most people use Wallet Of Satoshi because it has few routing problems and is easy and fast to use. But 1% fee for depositing and no self custody. Other solutions are a horror to use. Why not just USDT via TRON?
