[WARNING] All Nitrobetting.eu Issues

I am in shock. I took my bonus in January and since the staff told me I had forever to complete the rollover I was taking it easy. About 3 weeks ago I checked in with livechat to ask for my progress and I was told I had 480 out of 825mbtc done. Then in the last week I bet a lot more in MLB and Tennis and went in the livechat to ask for a new update (expecting my rollover to be around 600-650mbtc), and I was shocked to hear that I am now only 205mbtc into my rollover of 825mbtc.
It turns out they secretly changed the terms and now only 5mbtc per bet is contributing to the rollover. And then I asked since when and he said since March 25th. And he admitted that I was not informed of this change. In fact, their employee who told me I was 480 mbtc into the rollover 3 weeks ago was not even aware of this change.

I think it is absolutely unethical to change rollover rules retro-actively. A big warning to everyone still playing there, they can change the rules as much as they want after the fact!

I wouldn't worry about it, the book seems bankrupt anyway. They're not paying anyone.

I have 300mbtc that nitrobetting.eu is refusing to pay out.

I requested a withdrawal on 12/6/24 and have followed up regularly ever since. They claim to still be processing the request. This is a lot of money for me and my family and I don't know what to do. I have met all of their security requests.

Does anyone have any advice or insight as to how to get my funds out?

Damn dude that sux. Not much you can do. Maybe contact them multiple times every day. But if they haven't paid it by now it then it looks like they may not pay at all. Maybe try to withdraw a smaller amount. Something is better than nothing

I talked to chat support daily until I finally started getting responses from security@nitrobetting.eu. Talking to Joel for the last 4-5 months. They claim "that our management team is diligently working on your case and there are no missing steps from your end that would delay the process". They've assured me that my account is in good standing, and I have complied with all security requests.

I was able to withdraw 5mbtc on 12/9, and then attempted to withdraw 40mbtc the next day. They put a freeze on all future withdrawals while it is "In Review" so unfortunately pulling out smaller amounts is not an option.

I too have on the order of 300 mbtc in the account. I'm unsure what the next steps for us are, but it seems like nitrobetting has turned into a big scam.

Still waiting for 35mbtc, pending since 15th March, so that is 96 days.....

Happy for you to have received your payout but very unfair that they are giving certain people a preferential treatment. They should have processed payouts in order of date requested.

That's straight up depressing.

I hope you get your money soon and there is no way I am depositing any funds on this shithole until they clear their name by giving payouts to their clients.

I wonder if they were just under allocated to bitcoin on the recent run-up, or if they were a scam the whole time.

At current prices I'm looking at nearly 50k in there.

At this point it appears the best you can hope for is that they last until NFL season and suck in enough people who have not seen this thread to be able to pay you.

Sad situation to hope for but I think that is the best case scenario for currently owed people. God help those that win this coming season though.
