Do you really expect players to 1. read fine print on Nitrogen's T&C, and 2. research legality in their own country, when every other book in the world figures out #2 and enforces it before their first login if it matters to them? Are you high?

I'm just playing devil's advocate since we don't know Nitrogen's side of the story. The only thing we know for sure is that amid knew it was illegal to play from Belarus if the laws I quoted above are true. We don't know when Nitrogen figured out that amid was from Belarus if he was using a VPN.

You are taking the risk and thats why only depositing to A+ sportsbook such as bookmaker, heritage, BOL is recommended.
I hope you get your funds back but we are powerless in this kind of situation.

There is no list of restricted countries in rules. So every country can be restricted without notice whenever they want.
It is a very good scam.
If the client lost the deposit, welcome. If the client wants to withdraw, steal the funds.

You can login and bet from countries in that list. That list is not on their website though.

If you look at Nitro's rules, they don't list any prohibited countries. They simply say you are responsible for ensuring you can bet online from wherever you are. There was another recent complaint against NitrogenSports at Bookmakersreview here. A player was accused of betting from an illegal jurisdiction after playing for four months, and had some of his balance confiscated.

I use a VPN for most of what I do. Sites such as Nitrobetting and Playbetr are anonymous and give away bonuses. If you are using a VPN to circumvent limits or abuse bonuses, you may be asked for identification. If caught, there is a penalty. It's best to avoid the situation with anonymous bitcoin books.

No. Nitrogensports has banned my IP since 2017. There are no problems from my side.
For example, I can register on nitrobetting.eu from their group right now with this my unmasked IP.
