I just want my money. I am sick of being cheated, lied to, and having false advertising. They charge $400 a month for diamond status for priority on payouts and special service. But yet you want to sit here and justify their actions and ignore the hundreds of complaints online about them not paying players.

And also $1500 per withdraw appears to be pretty standard for offshore withdraw limits as we approach the end of football season. I don't think you even have much of a right to complain really. It's just how it is.

As if paying anyone outside the book to force the book to pay you more is going to work. Here is the screenshot. I am a diamond member and supposed to have VIP status. In order to expedite my payment they were going to "create a special payment plan" to avoid me waiting. Russell who is the manager comes back and says he got a special plan for me to get paid out. And says 40mbtc PER WEEK. Like this has to be a typo. WTF is going on. I am beyond furious and this is unfair. I know they just want me to play and lose my balance so I refuse to wager a penny there anymore until I get my money out.
Does anybody have any luck here to move money out? I am so frustrated, upset, and feel taken advantage of. This is just one of many screenshots, the tone they speak to me and how rude they are deserves to be invetigated.

Here is another email they sent where they admit they dont have proper licensing. I feel like I am constantly being gaslighted, spoken down to, they blocked me from chat, blocked me from telegram, and don't respond to emails anymore.
Begging for the communities help here. The fact is they also now only "process" payments M-F up until 3pm pst. So they are clearly trying any tactic to avoid paying players at all costs. It sucks.
Also the slap in the face is "the payment plan is to expedite" are you f*cking kidding me. At 40mbtc a week?

As mentioned in a response to the Nitrobetting thread I am a long time player there of over 10 years. Unfortunately the last year the website has gone downhill. For the last 2 months I had been limited to a 54mbtc withdrawal which would take roughly 1-2 days to get paid. Anything more and it would need manager approval and they told me that could take 2 months.
Recently the manager said he would work on a special payment plan to pay my balance out. Although disappointed I was hopeful it would be something fair. He got back to me and said 40mbtc once per week. That has really upset me and they said take it or leave it and that they wont respond on the matter anymore.
I feel like I am being gaslighted, taken advantage of, and they are violating player rights. Does anybody have any point of contacts, email alias, or methods to reach them?
Is there anywhere I can make a formal complaint and have help here? I have all the proper screenshots, communications, and proof needed. Just feel lost here and sick of being taken advantage of.Leave a comment:

I put in a request yesterday at 1pm Eastern. Its been 24 hours and still is pending without approval. This payout is slower than last time. Yeah I can confirm payouts used to be seamless and have slowly become impossible here. The management team is extremely rude. They ignore emails. When they do respond they say this matter is final and no other emails will be addressed. Does anybody have any contacts or methods to reach out to them?
Can we flag this somewhere so mods can work with their management team? They at least owe it to players to update their TOS and proactively communicate these limits to players via their website. The amount of gaslighting and insults I have been going through is not right.

I am deeply upset because after running up a balance and requesting a withdrawal for 399mbtc I was told that it wouldn't be approved for 2 months due to them waiting for licensing. After 4 days of waiting the manager reached out and said he will work out a payment plan to pay me.
Fast forward to today. The payment plan is "40mbtc once per week" which is absolutely ridiculous. I was told in the past anything over 54 mbtc did not need manager special approval. Are others experiencing the same thing? This would take 4 months to get my money out and feel like they are doing this on purpose in hopes of me losing my balance prior to that.
Can others share their experience and how they have figured out workaround? PS: the individual I am speaking to that leads the team is Russell.
