#40I use a VPN for most of what I do. Sites such as Nitrobetting and Playbetr are anonymous and give away bonuses. If you are using a VPN to circumvent limits or abuse bonuses, you may be asked for identification. If caught, there is a penalty. It's best to avoid the situation with anonymous bitcoin books.Comment -

#41If you look at Nitro's rules, they don't list any prohibited countries. They simply say you are responsible for ensuring you can bet online from wherever you are. There was another recent complaint against NitrogenSports at Bookmakersreview here. A player was accused of betting from an illegal jurisdiction after playing for four months, and had some of his balance confiscated.

#46It is a very interesting situation. Nitrogensports tells me that my country is restricted but for new clients my country is not on the restricted list (screenshot above).
There is no list of restricted countries in rules. So every country can be restricted without notice whenever they want.
It is a very good scam.
If the client lost the deposit, welcome. If the client wants to withdraw, steal the funds.
Everyone can ask their support about restricted countries and post a screenshot here.Last edited by amid; 05-05-22, 03:37 AM.Comment -

#53Nitrogen is an A+ book. The first thing you should do before ever depositing at a book is make sure your country is accepted. Either this guy didn't do that or he knew he was playing from a restricted country. Either way he broke the rules and it's 100% his fault. Nitrogen does not just steal players money unless they broke the rules. They are one of the best offshore books there is.
How could I know that my country is restricted?
I am not a clairvoyant.
What do you say if your country is restricted tomorrow and you lose your funds?
I repeat to you again.
Show me at least one source where my country is restricted or shut your mouth, please.
Nitrogensports and Nitrobetting have the same rules and management. Nitrogensports blocked my IP address. Nitrobetting doesn't block my IP address. Nitrobetting support replied that my country is not on restricted list.
How do you explain it???
If Nitrogensports is rated A+,they must be downgraded

#55They may be relying on this rule;
Masking Services
Nitrogen Sports reserves the right to deny its service to player from countries or regions where sports betting or cryptocurrency activities are deemed illegal. Therefore, the use of obfuscation methods such as IP masking or proxies is not permitted. The use of such techniques can result in the forfeiture of any winnings and account balances.

#56Listen guy. The first thing I ever do before signing up at a book is to make sure my country is allowed. If you sign up not knowing whether or not your country is restricted or not it's your fault. Just because they didn't catch you right away does not mean they stole your money. You broke the rules and got caught whether you knew it or not. Nitrogen A+ book.
Listen me. SBR recommended me this sportsbook. SBR knew my country. SBR can see my IP on this forum. I am not hiding.
I asked Nitrogensports about error in 2017. If they answered that my country is restricted, I would not use this bookmaker again.
I can register on nitrobetting right now without a VPN but I don't do it. I know that they offer some clients to change account from nitrogensports to nitrobetting.
I offered them to move my account from nitrogensports to nitrobetting. They didn't answer me.Last edited by amid; 05-11-22, 04:05 AM.Comment -

#59Did a google search. has this law been changed?
Online gambling is strictly prohibited in Belarus apart from the government-owned state lottery website. Customers can visit Superloto-online.com to create an account, purchase tickets and receive their winnings electronically. However, things are starting to change regarding online gambling. In 2018, President Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 305 to legalize online gambling and sports betting in Belarus. Under the new law, international operators may apply for licenses to offer real money games and sports betting to Belarusians.
The law has yet to take effect and no licenses have been awarded as of today. In the meantime, customers may still visit foreign gambling sites to bet online, but visitors should be aware that it is still unlawful to play at unauthorized betting sites.
Anyone caught gambling online with an unauthorized provider is subject to a fine of 1,000,000 Belarusian rubles. The government does take it seriously. A myriad of laws require ISPs, internet café owners and even people with guests in their houses to keep track of everyone’s browsing habits. Failure to report a crime can result in penalties and fines for computer owners.Comment -

#60Gambling Laws in Belarus
The government of Belarus does not look kindly upon online betting. Citizens may only place bets at licensed Belarusian betting sites that operate on .by domains, of which there is only one: the Super Loto website. There are rumors that the government may soon extend licensing to local betting websites but nothing has come of that yet. If things do change, the most likely scenario is that existing land-based operators will have the option to host certain games online.Comment -

#61Belarus actively censors and monitors internet usage within the country. In fact, it’s so bad that Reporters Without Borders once labeled Belarus an “enemy of the internet.” Current laws give the government the authority to block access to sites it deems offensive or dangerous and prosecute those who access or disseminate restricted information.Comment -

#62Belarus allows gambling in the real world at land-based casinos located across the country. Minsk alone is home to more than 30 casinos. There are also dozens of smaller establishments that are registered as casinos although their game selection is limited mostly to a bank of slot machines.Comment -

#63Moreover, the use of a VPN software is recommended, since online monitoring is active by the authorities. So, you need to stay under the radar when betting on international bookiesComment -

#65If NitrogenSports knows that it is illegal to bet in Belarus (so they can refuse refunding this player his deposit), why don't they block Belarus IPs? Why don't they list Belarus as a restricted country? Why do they accept deposits from an IP in Belarus?
Do you really expect players to 1. read fine print on Nitrogen's T&C, and 2. research legality in their own country, when every other book in the world figures out #2 and enforces it before their first login if it matters to them? Are you high?Comment -

#67amidI have been using their services since 2017 via VPN with their agreement. I had many deposits and withdrawals during this time.I made a withdrawal request on April, 7. The support answered me to login from an unmask residential IP address.
I explained that my unmasked IP address was banned by Nitrogensports. I had wrote my IP address to support. When I try the next message appears:"Access deniedComment -

#69I can use and withdraw funds without any taxes from Belarus gambling sites.
I can use outside gambling sites. But if I withdraw funds from another countries to my bank account I have to pay a tax.
For example, I used Pinnacle for 20 years without any problems. It is really A+ sportsbook.
We live here under repressions. It's true.
This is the real situation in Belarus.Last edited by amid; 05-11-22, 02:33 AM.Comment -
