this makes me feel a little better. I'm still getting the runaround since 4-29 50+ mbtc request. i've chatted support a lot and get the same shit every time but maybe they aren't total scum.

That message was removed. This, I believe, is only an image of the message.

But for me firing employees is of all times, it does not scare me. It probably happens everywhere. And that this fired employee is disgruntled also doesn't surprise me.

Tell me how many days you received a payment?

I too have been waiting for a few days on a 50mbtc withdraw, they've said so far they don't need anything else from me -- will let you know when it comes through.

The only thing that gives me a little hope is that they don't offer outrageous bonuses or high betting limits. I mean, if you are on the verge of bankruptcy that is what you would do. Crazy high bonus offers with no max amount on the deposit and then very high betting limits, hoping they get lucky and most players lose. But their betting limits, both pre-match and live are very very low. 25mbtc on NBA playoff games, and 500 USD on Champions League soccer live (and not even allowing more than 1 bet on the same game). That at least gives a glimmer of hope that they plan on eventually paying everyone. But yeah, these are very stressful times. Maybe it's a good sign that almost all favourites lost their NBA games this week. Normally speaking, books will have made a fortune on this week's NBA results.
Another possibility is that maybe a larger crypto gambling firm (Stake, Sportsbet.io etc) will buy Nitrobetting up? It will be peanuts for them in terms of costs and gives them access to a whole database of new players.
Was in the same boat and got paid today. It will come through. I agree they don’t plan on scamming, and are actively rectifying the situation.

    New offer from Nitro:

    $1,000 to $1,999 – Receive a 150% Free Play Match

    $2,000 to $2,999 – Receive a 200% Free Play Match

    $3,000 to $3,999 – Receive a 250% Free Play Match

as unethical as it may be, it sounds like this could free up more withdraws?

No problem. I’m new to being potentially stiffed from an offshore book, are we totally ******? I guess some users eventually got paid but I haven’t seen that in a little while. I feel totally blindsided being a decade longer user who rarely withdrew. I finally win a decent amount, ~50mbtc, and now I am waiting weeks on end with no real answer from Nitro. Pretty hopeless feeling

Another day of no payment. I don’t know how Nitro can continue claiming things are normal and that my withdraw is in the final stage of review, but when I ask if that review can take weeks or even months more, they don’t deny it. I’m told withdraws are processed daily. Is there any proof of this? Sick of this BS—don’t claim to be a casino if users can’t win.

The next morning, I logged in and they had just taken the money out due to "inactivity".

Pretty sure "management team is still actively working on your case" has been happening way longer than I was inactive for. They are responsive to emails, but it's always the same thing - the email support team just says the same thing over and over again and have no power to fix anything.

Been a customer > 10 years, definitely losing and never broke the rules or did anything except lose.

    Their terms for reference;

    Definition of Dormant Account:

An account is considered dormant if there has been no activity for six (6) consecutive months. Procedures for Dormant Accounts:
    • Monitoring: Regular monitoring of accounts to identify those meeting the dormancy criteria.
    • Outstanding Wagers: Any unsettled wagers on dormant accounts will remain active until settlement. Once settled, any winnings and remaining balance in the account will be subject to a mandatory 2X rollover before withdrawal.
    • Withdrawals from Dormant Accounts: If a customer returns after a period of dormancy and requests a withdrawal without meeting the required activity criteria, Nitrobetting will only honor the amount of the customer’s previous deposits. Any winnings accumulated during the period of dormancy will be seized. Deposits will be refunded at their original cryptocurrency value at the time of deposit, with no adjustment for any increase in cryptocurrency value. Required Activity Criteria: To meet the required activity criteria, a customer must place legitimate wagers in the sportsbook or casino, engage in gameplay, or perform other qualifying activities as defined by Nitrobetting. Simply logging in or requesting a withdrawal does not meet the activity requirement.
    • Reactivation: Customers wishing to reactivate their dormant account must undergo a full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm their identity.
    • Access Restoration: Upon successful completion of the KYC process, access to the account will be restored.
    Maintenance Fees:

After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee of 5% will be applied to the account balance.

This fee will increase by an additional 1% each month until the balance is fully depleted.

Maintenance fees are non-refundable, even if the account is reactivated.

we have no updates, no timeframe, you're not the only request, i've sent this to a manager so they can escalate tomorrow.

I'm pretty sure i'm a losing player over the decade plus that i've played here off and on. gave rec action, did not give them any reason to treat this as anything but a normal withdrawal. probably a good idea to stay away forever.
I’m told the same thing. Danny says there are a bunch of large withdraws waiting and that he’s quite concerned about the situation. Not exactly reassuring coming from their own chat.

Would love to get updates from those still waiting. Do you think all of these delays means they are officially belly up? Surely they won’t just shut down one day and stiff everyone right? Or will they just ramp up offers and squeeze as much as they can before they disappear? I’d like to think their long standing history as a platform means something, but this isn’t the Nitro that I’ve come to know over the years. Praying Andrew can make it happen for me on Monday, but jeez I can’t even imagine 45 days. Can those who were waiting confirm they have or haven’t gotten paid?

Got this email last night from Nitro, weird but definitely positive? Sounds like I’ll get paid soon? The email:

Hope this email finds you well.

This communication is to inform you that during the final steps of the process, there was a communication error and your request was rejected, our sincere apologies about that. Please send a new request, so our team can work on it and approve it; kindly inform us once the request is placed so I can let our payment manager about it.

In the meantime if this goes poorly and I need a new book, any recommendations that are similar in nature to NB? I’m an American but I live in Turkey which complicates my options tremendously. Has to be crypto and allows an American on a VPN. Thanks in advance—-hopefully I’m paid out and can stay with Nitro

Hey all, new to the conversation but have been a Nitro user for far more than a decade. Hit Nitro for a very proper payout back in December (something like 150 mbtc) and was pleasently surprised at how quick I was paid out. This past week I deposited 2 mbtc and ran it up to 48 mbtc betting sports. Submitted a withdraw a few days ago, and would normally expect it to be paid out by now. Decided to search the internet and I’m seeing some horror stories—****. Will keep everyone posted here if my 48 mbtc gets paid out, but if it’s anything like what I’m seeing (people waiting weeks on end) I’ll have to spread the word on forums and unfortunately stop using the book I’ve been loyal to since day 1. Fingers crossed.

    i never took a bonus.

i never did anything wrong. I am a losing bettor with them.

i am stuck a lot of btc to them through the years, but I went a time when I did not bet and literally the day I logged in to bet, they took my balance for inactivity.

i will keep figthting bc I never did anything wrong.

Good luck and I will report back.

I think that the fact that they take 40-50days to give payouts on small amounts (even 1k USD) ,combined with the fact that they give these crazy deposit bonuses should be alarming to you.

To me ,it seems very concerning atleast and it's preventing me from depositing in this shithole.
