Hi all, I’m happy to report I have been paid out my 48mbtc. I truly believe they intend on paying all outstanding withdraws and that they were simply behind on cash flow. Obviously not ideal, but I believe if you are waiting you WILL get paid. My advice is to be persistent but also respectful when emailing. Ask for Russell or Andrew. They will help speed things up. While I won’t immediately start making large deposits, I will stick with Nitro moving forward. As withdraws are processed and return to a much more standard time (24-48 hours), I’ll happily place my action on Nitro. Until then, I’ll keep it small ball and keep an eye on the situation.

But for me firing employees is of all times, it does not scare me. It probably happens everywhere. And that this fired employee is disgruntled also doesn't surprise me.

I'm currently waiting for 55 days on just a 35mbtc payout. This is getting hopeless.
The only thing that gives me a little hope is that they don't offer outrageous bonuses or high betting limits. I mean, if you are on the verge of bankruptcy that is what you would do. Crazy high bonus offers with no max amount on the deposit and then very high betting limits, hoping they get lucky and most players lose. But their betting limits, both pre-match and live are very very low. 25mbtc on NBA playoff games, and 500 USD on Champions League soccer live (and not even allowing more than 1 bet on the same game). That at least gives a glimmer of hope that they plan on eventually paying everyone. But yeah, these are very stressful times. Maybe it's a good sign that almost all favourites lost their NBA games this week. Normally speaking, books will have made a fortune on this week's NBA results.
Another possibility is that maybe a larger crypto gambling firm (Stake, Sportsbet.io etc) will buy Nitrobetting up? It will be peanuts for them in terms of costs and gives them access to a whole database of new players.

Another day of no payment. I don’t know how Nitro can continue claiming things are normal and that my withdraw is in the final stage of review, but when I ask if that review can take weeks or even months more, they don’t deny it. I’m told withdraws are processed daily. Is there any proof of this? Sick of this BS—don’t claim to be a casino if users can’t win.

It's crazy because the night before I went to bed I almost went in and either requested a w/d or made a wager bc it had been a while. The next morning, I logged in and they had just taken the money out due to "inactivity".

Pretty sure "management team is still actively working on your case" has been happening way longer than I was inactive for. They are responsive to emails, but it's always the same thing - the email support team just says the same thing over and over again and have no power to fix anything.

Been a customer > 10 years, definitely losing and never broke the rules or did anything except lose.

Required Activity Criteria: To meet the required activity criteria, a customer must place legitimate wagers in the sportsbook or casino, engage in gameplay, or perform other qualifying activities as defined by Nitrobetting. Simply logging in or requesting a withdrawal does not meet the activity requirement.
• Reactivation: Customers wishing to reactivate their dormant account must undergo a full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm their identity.
• Access Restoration: Upon successful completion of the KYC process, access to the account will be restored.

Maintenance Fees:


After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee of 5% will be applied to the account balance.

This fee will increase by an additional 1% each month until the balance is fully depleted.

I’m even fine with waiting a week for a larger amount like 48 mbtc, but a month is incredibly disheartening and would of course lead me to never use Nitro again. Would love to get updates from those still waiting. Do you think all of these delays means they are officially belly up? Surely they won’t just shut down one day and stiff everyone right? Or will they just ramp up offers and squeeze as much as they can before they disappear? I’d like to think their long standing history as a platform means something, but this isn’t the Nitro that I’ve come to know over the years. This site appears to be a disaster and this is preventing me personally from depositing and giving them an honest try as a sportsbook.

The thing is that I’ve been with Nitro for over a decade as a losing player, and always received excellent CS and prompt payouts. I’m told the process will resume on Monday—-sounds like the “process” is just coming up with a new excuse. Funnily enough I had plenty of withdraws processed on weekends as recent as December 2024. Hopefully all is legit and I’ll receive my 48 mbtc on Monday, but only time will tell. I want to believe in NB due to my long history with them going back to 2014, but this all feels so off. Hey all, new to the conversation but have been a Nitro user for far more than a decade. Hit Nitro for a very proper payout back in December (something like 150 mbtc) and was pleasently surprised at how quick I was paid out. This past week I deposited 2 mbtc and ran it up to 48 mbtc betting sports. Submitted a withdraw a few days ago, and would normally expect it to be paid out by now. Decided to search the internet and I’m seeing some horror stories—****. I'm very conflicted because I see the negative feedback on withdrawals and get concerned, but if I do i search on other books I've used for years with no issue I see a lot of similar issues that I never experienced.

I think that the fact that they take 40-50days to give payouts on small amounts (even 1k USD) ,combined with the fact that they give these crazy deposit bonuses should be alarming to you.

To me ,it seems very concerning atleast and it's preventing me from depositing in this shithole.
