    I am not receiving my authorization email from Blockchain
    Trying to help my sister get access Blockchain account.

    Done ever thing Blockchain Support Center has asked me to do and then some. Would like a phone number or a better way.

    Never even got to this point.
    If you require urgent access to your funds, you can always use your 12-word recovery phrase to restore your wallet along with the funds it contained

    Good luck, I’ve been trying to get my funds deposited into my bank since Nov 1/2021… Gave them everything including getting verified through the Veriff System and they just send automated canned responses every 4 days. It’s infuriating and there’s no one willing to help. Eventually they will lock me out of my account I’m sure.

      I hear you Mark I've even gone after them on Twitter, like you just getting the bot responses. If I get anywhere I'll share it here.

        Yes, you’ve gone after them on Twitter along with countless people demanding access to their funds. Sadly, Blockchain simply doesn’t give a funk. Spread the word and stay away from these crooks.

            Given this a try:

            I joined Blockchain in August 2020. I have had a problem since August 2020. I have sent a lot of emails to support requesting help as I do not receive the verification email to move forward to buy or sell. I receive an email from support telling me they received the request and providing me with a number and that is it. I do not receive any other emails, calls etc. I have at least 20 of these emails over the last year. I have now begun sending tweets to the Board of Directors and officers of Blockchain.

            I'll update when and if I get a response
