Bitcoin transfer fee

Trying to transfer a measly $46 dollars i have in my blockchain wallet to a book & the fee is $6.15!!!! what gives with these crazy prices. Last night it was 4 & change & that is crazy.

Just went up to over $7 & thats for the "regular" network fee

Yea, it sucks how expensive it can get depending on how congested the network is.

At certain times you can send with a 25 cent fee and get it confirmed quick. It's all about timing.
