SO if i send a very small amount and want to be cheap.

And my fee is 2 satoshis/byte. Wil it take 5-6 hours at longest?

The further you move away from the optimum fee, the less reliable those time estimates become. I think the time estimate is based on a new block being mined every 10 mins. That doesn't always happen in high demand times.

I would guess a 2 Satoshi per byte fee could take days right now. But if it is listed there with an estimate, it should get through eventually.

Buy through pro.coinbase.com, then you're only charging .5% for trading under $10k and it drops the more you buy/sell through it.
