This is pretty random, but I have a friend who works in costa rican in a call center(reputable U.S company). There are a group of coworkers that are marketing this process of depositing a minimum of 300USD which pays 20% a month, they said its too finance/fund bet365.com. Im prety sure this is some kind of scam, but what exactly is the end game?

I suspect that it would be something to do with trying to keep accounts "live" if you are a winning account or even considered "sharp" they will limit and shut down your account pretty quickly. You are correct though, it sounds a little "off" to me.Comment
