BTC Transactions Slow Today?

I've been waiting on a BTC transaction from my wallet to Shakepay for three hours and haven't had a single confirmation yet. Also noticed it's also dropped in value quite a bit today. Anyone else experiencing this?

yesterday, my coin took over 14 hours for confirmation.

It's super clogged and it doesn't help that a block hasn't been mined for an hour

Every time price goes up or down a significant amount bitcoin becomes slow. To me blockchain is a garbage product and why bitcoin will never become widely adopted. Bitaccelerate.com is a decent site that usually speeds up transaction confirmation time and it's free to use.

From coinbase to blockchain took less than 30 minutes however from blockchain to 5dimes I'm on hour 6.
