We have noticed an increased number of scams recently and would like to remind customers to be vigilant against schemes that seem too good to be true.

Some common factors between these scams to watch out for:

Requests for personal or identity documents like your drivers' licence, credit card, banking statements, etc
Trading or investing brokers from overseas countries
Celebrities used to promote specific high return schemes that appear too good to be true
Regular phone calls pressuring you to invest more money
They start with small amounts and quickly ramp up to larger amounts of money
