When depositing I've always done cash app to Bookmaker bitcoin deposit no problem. Or coinbase to Bookmaker deposit no problem. Had always been nervous about the withdrawal side and have always done Bookmaker>Blockchain>Coinbase/Cash app/Bitpay.
