I’ve been an active user on Nitrogen for awhile now (maybe a year) and I never had any issues with withdrawals. I only bet in the sports book no poker blackjack or anything else of the sort.
Over the weekend I made a withdrawal of about $1600 with no problem. Afterwards, I won another $2500 over these last couple of days and when I tried to do a withdrawal last night it was canceled and I received a support message saying my account is under review because it has been found to be linked to other accounts. I keep getting the runaround that they have to investigate and getting warned that it’s against the rules to have multiple accounts which could result in my account getting banned. Although I explain that I only have one account and never used a different one it isn’t seeming to get me anywhere.
I was told the investigation could take up to 48 hours which was later readjusted to 72. In the meantime my account is locked and I can’t make a withdrawal. Does it really take this long to get something so trivial sorted out? Especially considering the fact that I’ve done nothing wrong?
I only use the one account that I have and no one has access to any of my personal information and no one has access to my phone which is the only way I login to the site. I feel like I’m being treated unfairly and that these guys are just trying to look for a reason to hold onto my money and maybe try to cancel my account and keep my winnings due to the fact that I seem to always win large amounts whenever I do win.
