I downloaded the bitcoin.com wallet on my windows PC and have a BTC balance. but if I close the wallet on my pc then it seems I have to go back to the downloaded zip file that has many files and click the bitcoin.com exe file again to open the wallet. Is there a way to get the bitcoin.com wallet as an icon on my desktop or as a program in the start menu? Do I need to click on any of the other files in that zip folder?I also downloaded the bitcoin.com phone app for my iphone but it shows $0 balance. Is there a way for the phone app to include my balance shown in the bitcoin.com PC wallet? Are there step by step instructions anywhere? I wish these websites had some customer service that I could talk to.

The only time I tried the bitcoin.com wallet I had issues and got scared away from using them again.
My issue was that they wouldn't process my send request until I upped the miner fee to well above what was needed at the time.
I switched back to my blockchain wallet quickly after that.Comment -
If you right click on the file to start it, then select create shortcut. You can copy that shortcut onto your desktop, or drag it onto the start menu.
When you install the app on your phone you need to tell it you are installing it using your own seed phrase, and then use the same 12 word phrase from your desktop wallet..Comment
