I tried to withdraw bitcoin with Youwager for 5 Bones to Uphold and they stated it was rejected on Youwager.
Why would it reject it

I'd guess you are trying to withdraw direct to a wallet that bans gambling transactions possibly, and they want you to withdraw to a regualr wallet maybe?
