I just want to sell my newly arrived Bitcoins?

And for goodness sakes, I am lost again. I sent them to BC.
I do NOT see anywhere I can simply sell those Bitcoins. They now want you to verify a bank, etc.
Why?
I simple want to unload these coins before I lose again and that's one thing I have done consistently when messing with Bitcoins.

Does any member see what my problem is? Thank you!
