Bitcoing middleman account?

I'm a little dopey on my Bitcoin withdrawals. I don't wanna get banned by Coinbase or raise any flags, so I opened a Breadwallet account. Is it best to withdraw from the book to BRD and then from there to Coinbase? Does that solve my problem?
