Coinbase problem please help!

I am going to go bonkers!

I bought bit coins on coinbase and they ask me to verify my ID and picture. I tried so many times uploading my Drivers Licsence and taking a webcam photo, it says it doesn't match. Do I need to do this step to get my money to my wallet? It said it should take 72 hours, but is that with this verification or do I have to still do this to get my money to blockchain?

Please any help!

Has anyone had problems verifying your ID and picture? It says it doesn't match but I'm taking these pictures well!!

I haven't seen anyone posting about having this issue before.

They have telephone support now. Apparently you have to wait on hold to get through but they are helpful once you do. I'd try that.
