not too interested in the fees so much. Coinbase charged 3.99% to use the cards for instant purchase. Just need it for convenience for those insisting in using cards.

One thing I noticed with Coinmama, I signed up for an account with them awhile ago and was about to buy Bitcoin, but when I saw the 6%+ credit card fee they were charging on top of the not so great exchange rate, I bailed on the transaction. A couple weeks later they sent me a coupon to try and entice me to buy which essentially wiped out the credit card fee.

Just something to keep in mind if you're not in a rush.

I appreciate you posting the specifics. Maybe it's because I buy $5000 when I need it there. But 5% seems reasonable to me for a CC purchase in today's marketplace. It's not optimal (obviously) but if you want BTC in a hurry I think it's fair.

First you obtain a new receive address from the bookmaker for your deposit, then find the option to send bitcoin in your wallet.

Click around in your account at CEX and I am sure you will find the option to deposit there by bitcoin if you look.

Do they give you a reason for the rejection?

Most likely will be that you are taking the photo from too far away. They want to be able to read the ID next to your face.
