Fastest way to buy Ethereum using personal bank?

So I don't have any BTC or ETH, but I want to make a purchase ASAP, and need to have the currency in ETH before May 31st.
What is the fastest way?
All I could find is that coinbase takes 5 days, which will be too late.
Suggestions?
