I requested a payout last week and took them over 9 hours to process. I requested a payout last night and it's been almost 9 hours and still says pending. I asked what's taking so long in their chat and their were couple players who said they got their payout in a min even though they requested it after me. Admins give me generic bs answer saying processed in the order which they received and threant me to block me for spamming.. this place is freaking bullshit! I don't think they process their payout in the order and there is no way for payout to take that long.. if they already sent it and taking 8-9 hours, I understand.. but they haven't even processed my payout yet!

How much are you trying to cash out? Last week i cashed out 7.5 BTC and it took like 5 hours, but whenever i cash out 1-2 btc they do it within 40 min.. i think if you do larger amounts they need a "manager" i would betComment -
I'm a withdrawal and deposit junkie with them and have noticed a slightly long withdraw processing time of up to an hour but well within acceptable ranges....I will say they do have a excellent security team as I did a withdrawal from different IP few months back and they actually froze my account until I provided them a IP address I have used before and I have 2 factor also...took about an hour to clear up but good to know that even though its btc they take account security measures as high priorityComment -
