No thread about 1xBit yet? So I will start with this one.
My account has been frozen without a reason. Since Saturday I am not able to log-in anymore. Support could not help me, they just advised me to forward my issue to the "Security department". Thus I sent several e-mails since Sunday (one reminder per day) without receiving an answer yet.
Today I sent a "test" e-mail from an other e-mail account to security@1x-bit.com and security-en@1xbet.com just to check out if they really process incoming e-mails one by one because that's what the chat operators told me. Now guess what: I received an answer from both of these addresses shortly afterwards (one and a half hour later from 1xbet; two and a half hour later from 1xbit).
I will report what happens next.
P.S.: Please no comments on how stupid one has to be to make an account at 1xBit regarding all that issues with 1xbet. I am not complaining, just describing my case.
