Localbitcoins.com BTC sale to Skrill?

Hello There,

I have am thinking of selling Bitcoins via Localbitcoins.com in exchange for USD in my Skrill account.

I have read that Skrill really frowns upon this and if they found out about this type of transaction they can close an account.

On the other hand the section where one can sell BTC in exchange for Skrill dollar is alive-and-well. So does skrill ban users for selling bitcoin or it doesn't. Is anyone using Localbitcoins for selling bitcoin in exchange for Skrill dollars, and if yes have you run into any trouble with Skrill, yet?
