My transfer from Blockchain to bitpay disappeared

I only use bitpay once Great The second time from Blockchain to bitpay it was pending waiting for confirmations after around two hours the confirmations were done then it was still pending for several hours now is just disappeared from the account no history I called customer service she said must do by email still waiting for reply on email

Yeah i had one that got stuck with no confirmations but went through finally by itself after 3 hours
